The patented
paint delivery unit - consisting of cylinder, piston and packing's
- is characterised by its large cross sections. This provides high
suction power, which also allows high viscosity materials to be
applied. The cylinder and feed piston have a low wear rate and a
long service Life. Both the inlet and the outlet valve have a reversible
tungsten carbide seats for double life.
The longest
life fluid section in the industry lasts up to 2 times longer than
the competition, giving you the highest performance and durability.

Made from low wear, high molecular polyethylene meaning that it
lasts up to 50% longer than the nearest competitor. Knock-off allows

Brushless
DC Motor
A microprocessor
controlled d.c. motor which draws up to 50% less amps powers the
paint feed unit. Continuous measurement of the paint pressure by
a sensor automatically regulates the motor speed. This guarantees
a constant paint material pressure.
The innovative brushless d.c. motor requires no maintenance, is
light in weight thanks to its compact build, and provide, extremely
high efficiency, especially when applying high viscosity materials.

of patented long stroke diaphragm technology.
The optimised hydraulics
and new valve technology now provide even greater performance.
The longer stroke of
the diaphragm allows the application of a very wide range of materials,
from thin liquids to high viscosity coatings. The reduced stroke
rate means that wear components are under much less stress, giving
a long service life and lower maintenance costs.
